Mr. Chaparro has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective broker. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has nigh integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client's best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no- nonsense style. With my husband and I both having busy schedules and a time crunch to purchase a new home prior to the birth of our child, we did not have time to waste. Luis was able to accommodate our needs, even if we requested to see a home at the last minute. He does a great job of listening to his client's needs and does not waste time showing properties that do not meet the client's objectives. He provided validation that he does research to assist with assessing a fair market value.
